
Dr. Bhuwan Roy
Dr. Bhuwan Roy is a consultant psychiatrist with rich experience across both the NHS and private healthcare in the UK. A graduate of Bangalore Medical College, he went on to complete his MRCPsych and is now a specialist consultant on the psychiatry register.

Throughout his career, Dr. Roy has held key roles within respected NHS organisations including South London & Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust, Kent & Medway NHS, and Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust, where he currently serves as Associate Clinical Director. Alongside his NHS leadership work, he offers private consultations at The Brain Health Clinic in London.

Dr. Roy’s clinical expertise covers a broad spectrum of mental health conditions. He works with adults presenting with ADHD, substance use disorders, neuropsychiatric conditions, and complex presentations involving forensic or learning disability elements. His treatment approach blends thoughtful medication management with evidence-based psychotherapies such as Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), ensuring that each patient receives a personalised and comprehensive care plan.
