Dr Nirvana Swamy Kudlur Chandrappa is a highly experienced and compassionate consultant psychiatrist based in London, practising at The Brain Health Clinic. His areas of expertise include general adult psychiatry, addiction disorders, adult ADHD, autism, personality disorders, and neuropsychiatric conditions. He also has specialist experience in neuromodulation therapies such as repetitive Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (rTMS). Dr Chandrappa is well-regarded for his holistic, evidence-based approach and his ability to support patients with complex mental health needs through personalised and comprehensive care.

Dr Chandrappa completed his medical degree at the University of Mysore, India, followed by postgraduate psychiatric training within the Oxford Deanery and the West Midlands Higher Specialist Training Scheme. He is a Member of the Royal College of Psychiatrists and holds a Certificate of Completion of Specialist Training (CCST) in General Adult Psychiatry and Addiction Psychiatry. His career includes notable leadership appointments, such as Clinical Director for NHS mental health services in the UK and Clinical Lead for national psychiatric services in Qatar.
